Tools

Small helpers that sit next to the site — not another subscription stack.

These aren’t products I sell off a shelf. They’re patterns I build once, for you, usually as part of the website + tool package. One job per tool.

Four patterns that come up most

If none of these match, say what you’re actually doing in a notebook today. That’s usually the spec. Ships with website + light tool, or on its own if you already have a site that works.

  • Request tracker

A simple inbox for incoming jobs — status, notes, and a record of who asked for what.

Built for trades, shops, and anyone who currently tracks work in a text thread. Customers submit a request from the site; you see it in one list with status, notes, and a timestamp.

  • Quote builder

A form that captures the details you need, then turns them into a clean estimate you can send.

You decide the questions. The tool collects answers, you review them, and you send a quote that looks like it came from a real business — not a forwarded email.

  • Mini dashboard

One screen for the numbers you actually check: open requests, this week’s work, unpaid invoices.

Not a full accounting suite. A single view of the handful of numbers you already chase across notebooks, texts, and spreadsheets.

  • Inventory helper

Track stock, flag what’s low, and skip the spreadsheet that only lives on one laptop.

Add items, set a low-stock threshold, and update counts from a phone. Enough to stop overselling or running out mid-week.

Tell me what you need.

A short note is enough. I’ll reply with next steps — usually a call, then a written proposal if it’s a fit.
