Process

A low-friction process you can see coming.

Same four steps on every project. No discovery workshop theater. You get a written proposal before I start, and you own the accounts when we’re done.

The four steps

  1. Quick chat

A 20–30 minute call or email thread. I’ll ask what you sell, who you want to reach, and what’s currently leaking inquiries. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.

  2. Clear proposal

Scope, pages, the tool (if any), timeline, and price — in writing. No hourly surprises. You approve it before I start building.

  3. Build & launch

I draft structure first, then design, then build. You’ll review at two checkpoints so we’re not unveiling a surprise at the end. Launch happens after you sign off.

  4. Handoff & support

You own the accounts. I walk you through how to change copy and how the tool works. The first 30 days cover small fixes and wording tweaks; larger new work is a separate proposal.

What I need from you

A sense of who you serve, examples of sites you don’t hate, and the copy or photos you already have. I’ll send a content list so we’re not waiting on a photoshoot to start the structure. If content is slow, the calendar moves with it — that’s why the timeline FAQ says “once content is ready.”

Tell me what you need.

A short note is enough. I’ll reply with next steps — usually a call, then a written proposal if it’s a fit.
